Note: Site Leaders are student participants that have applied and been selected to lead the respective trips. Site leader applicants who are not selected as site leaders will be treated as participants.
Alternative Break Participant Forms
All students participating in the Holden Center's Alternative Break program will receive hard copies of required forms in their Alternative Break Welcome Packets. All forms must be completed and returned to the Holden Center by the indicated due date in order to participate in the Alternative Break experience. Are there particular social issues that you would like to see addressed through an Alternative Break experience? Contact the Alternative Break Program at altbreak@uoregon.edu to discuss the process of proposing a future Alternative Break trip and fill out a new trip proposal.
