Mission
Springfield Farmers Market (SFM) exists for three primary reasons: -To provide top quality locally grown produce, fresh prepared foods, homegrown plants, and cut flowers to the public. -To provide a gathering place in Springfield for local growers to market their produce, plants and prepared foods. -To actively support the revitalization of downtown Springfield. Many opportunities are available to participate in the planning and implementation of the 2010 Springfield Farmers Market. Farmers markets put culture back into agriculture and thrive upon community investment and involvement. Our downtown Springfield office and farmers market (at 5th and Main St.) is 5 minutes from the University of Oregon via the EMX.
